WEATHER TIDBIT

Week of April 17 to 23, 2019

Many of you, like my neighbor Maggie, had put away your snow shovel for the winter. Last Wednesday around noon I saw her taking it out. Last week I totaled 8.1 inches of snow, ice and hail. Unlike Maggie, I refused, REFUSED to take my shovel out. Yes, the first couple of days driving through the snow was tough. I had to blast through the snowplowed bank at the end of the driveway, but I did it. Most likely, other than maybe a few flakes, that will be the last of our snow. White Bear Lake level update: November 15, 2018, 924.0 feet. April 15, 2019, 924.8 feet.

Astro note:
April 23: Jupiter below moon.
