Midwest NOVEMBER 2010

Temperatures are favored to average warmer than normal. Precipitation is expected to total drier than normal.

Mostly sunny and dry weather is favored to dominate the first 5 days of the month, Monday to Friday, November 1-5. Temperatures should warm.

Fair skies with passing clouds and showers are expected from Saturday to Tuesday, November 6-9.

Clouds are expected to thicken, increasing the chances of showers from Wednesday to Monday, November 10-15. Moderate to locally heavy precipitation totals are possible. Temperatures should turn colder.

Look for an extended period of sunny and dry weather from Tuesday to Thursday, November 16-25. Temperatures start out cold, but warm throughout this period.

Clouds are favored to work their way back into the forecast period on Friday, November 26.

Passing precipitation, most likely snow, is expected over much of the region from Saturday to Tuesday, November 27-30. Snow totals are expected to be light to moderate. Temperatures should cool.
