November is expected to experience above normal temperatures. Precipitation is favored to total below normal over much of the Midwest with above normal totals for portions of Iowa. Fair skies with scattered showers or perhaps snow is favored on Saturday, Nov. 1 as a weather system is expected to be exiting the region. Fair skies are expected from Sunday to Thursday, Nov. 2-6. Skies are expected to remain on the fair side over much of the Midwest with the northern regions of the Midwest you can expect scattered precipitation activity from Friday to Sunday, Nov. 7-9. A better opportunity for region wide precipitation will be on Monday, Nov. 10. Fair skies with scattered precipitation are favored from Tuesday to Sunday, Nov. 11-16. Temperatures are expected to be on the mild side. Look for a weather system to move through the region from Monday to Wednesday, Nov. 17-19. Rain changing to snow is likely with locally heavy totals possible. An extended period of sunny skies is favored from Thursday to Tuesday, Nov. 20-25. Look for temperatures to rise to above normal. Clouds with a mix of rain and snow are expected from Wednesday to Friday, Nov. 26-28. Temperatures are expected to cool. Sunny with colder temperatures are favored for Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 29-30.
