Precipitation is expected to total drier than normal. Temperatures are favored to average warmer than normal. Fair skies and seasonable temperatures are favored from Thursday to Sunday, March 1-4. Clouds and passing snows are expected on Monday and Tuesday, March 5-6. Snowfall totals should be on the light side. Partly cloudy skies are favored on Wednesday, March 7. Prospects are good for a cloudy period with a series of passing snows from Thursday to Monday, March 8-12. Precipitation totals should be light to moderate and I can't rule out a mix of snow and rain. Variable cloudiness is expected from Tuesday to Friday, March 13-16. I do suspect well see some scattered precipitation activity with totals on the light side. Clouds are favored to be on the increase with passing showers from Saturday to Monday, March 17-19. I think well be on the cooler side so snow is most likely. Moderate snow totals are possible. Partly clouds skies with scattered precipitation are favored from Tuesday to Thursday, March 20-22. A spell of sunny and drier weather is favored from Friday to Monday, March 23-26. Clouds with a passing shower are expected on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 27-28. Sunny skies are favored from Thursday to Saturday, March 29-31.
